Zach has 3 years of Skilled Nursing Administration and has his Masters in Health Administration. His goal is to provide valuable support and leadership to Maplewood Senior Living in order to achieve team goals and outcomes. He believes in creating a culture where resident quality of care is the most important driver to our continued success. When away from his desk he enjoys fishing, hunting, being on the lake, and playing golf.
Jeanne is responsible for leading and supervising our clinical staff at Maplewood Care Center. She has been a Registered Nurse for almost 25 years and over 15 years in a Director of Nursing role. Prior to transitioning to Volunteers of America National Services, she had worked with Pathways for many years. Her goal is to educate the clinical staff, so they can continue to learn as healthcare develops and most importantly provide the best care to our patients. When away from her desk she enjoys hikes, camping and cross country skiing!
Ann is the Rehabilitation Director at Maplewood Care Center with Centrex Rehab. She has her doctorate in physical therapy from St. Catherine University. Her responsibilities are to help manage the therapy department in order to empower patients to live their best lives. When away from her desk, she enjoys Broadway musicals –two of her favorites being Wicked and Hamilton!
Danielle is responsible for the social services department at Maplewood Care Center. She has worked at Maplewood Care Center for 20+ years. She enjoys working with the staff and residents and considers them her ‘second family’. Danielle was fortunate to receive the 2020 Volunteers of America National Services Compassionate Caregiver Award. When away from her desk, Danielle enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her family.
Brian is responsible for implementing programs to enhance the quality of life and to meet each resident’s physical, social, cognitive, spiritual and sensory needs. His duties are to oversee the Life Enrichment department at Maplewood Senior Living. Brian enjoys going on community outings and scenic drives with the residents! Brian has worked with Volunteers of America for 23 years. When away from his desk he enjoys spending time with his family, 2 dogs and bowling.
MacKenzie is responsible for all human resource functions and provides the resources and tools for employees to be successful. She started with VOANS at as a Talent Acquisition Partner and decided to further her knowledge later on by stepping into the Human Resources role. When she is away from her desk, MacKenzie enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her family, friends and four fur kids.
