Indoor Visits

Volunteers of America National Services is here to support your loved ones during this time of uncertainty and has taken unprecedented action to ensure the safety of our residents, employees, vendors and their family members. We know it has been extremely difficult to be away from your family members these past several months but rest assured, all of us at Volunteers of America are united in providing the highest level of service to your family. We are pleased to offer indoor visitation for our residents and families.

Window/Virtual Visits

We are committed to keeping families in touch with their loved ones. If you’re unable to participate in  face-to-face visits, our friendly & professional staff stand ready to assist you with phone calls, video chat and window visits.

Guidelines for Visits

  • All visitors will be screened
  • Resident & visitor must wear a mask during the visit
  • Use hand sanitizer before and after
  • Maintain 6 ft of distance or better
  • Visits may be limited to designated areas only
