Your in-home care begins with an evaluation by a registered nurse, who develops your plan of care in collaboration with you and your physician. Services offered by Home Health of Western Colorado include:
- Skilled nurse on call 24 hours/day
- Home health aide assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming and bathing
- Pain management, wound care and IV infusion therapy
- Disease and medication management
- Pediatric care
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy
