Your in-home care begins with an evaluation by a registered nurse, who develops your plan of care in collaboration with you and your physician. Services offered by Home Health of Western Colorado include:

  • Skilled nurse on call 24 hours/day
  • Home health aide assistance with daily activities such as dressing, grooming and bathing
  • Pain management, wound care and IV infusion therapy
  • Disease and medication management
  • Pediatric care
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy

  • Lab testing and finger stick INRs
